Silversmith’s Basic Piercing Saw Kit
Several people have asked after attending workshops what tools they’d need to try silversmithing at home. I know it can be a bit confusing getting started so thought I’d put together some kits for those who want to give it a go!
This little kit is the perfect starter set for those wanting to try piercing, or sawing!
These basic tools will enable you to work with fine silver, sterling silver and gold to pierce out and saw your own beautiful jewellery designs at home.
The little bench peg is supplied with a clamp so can be added to most workbenchs. The saw features a 3″ deep steel frame and takes all standard saw blades. The kit also includes a pack of assorted saw blades enabling you to cut various thickness gauges of metal.
If you’re local to llantrisant you can choose to collect your kit from the studio saving you on postage.
